This is a genuinely varied generalist HR role, giving you the opportunity to work across employee relations, recruitment, onboarding, HR administration, employee wellbeing and wider people projects. You''ll work closely with managers, supervisors and employees across the business, providing practical HR advice and helping managers navigate everything from performance and absence management through to disciplinaries, grievances, flexible working and family leave. You''ll also play an important role in recruitment and selection, working with hiring managers and recruitment partners to identify and attract great people, whilst contributing to projects designed to continually improve the employee experience.
