We''re looking for an experienced HR Advisor to join a busy and growing organisation, supporting managers and employees across a diverse workforce. This is a varied HR role covering employee relations, HR advice, employment law, policy development, absence and performance management, alongside wider People projects and initiatives. We''re looking for someone who is: CIPD Level 5 qualified (or equivalent experience) Experienced in managing employee relations casework Confident applying UK employment law Highly organised, resilient and able to manage competing priorities A strong communicator with a practical, empathetic approach Comfortable working independently while being part of a collaborative HR team In return, you''ll receive a competitive salary and great benefits such as private healthcare.
