A role where you''ll have real ownership, supporting a specific division of the business Purpose of the role We''re looking for an experienced Employee Relations Advisor to take ownership of a busy ER caseload across a specific division of the business. You''ll manage cases from beginning to end, working closely with managers to provide practical advice and guidance around policies, procedures and employment legislation, with some opportunity to support wider HR activity and projects What will you be doing? Managing a busy ER caseload from initial issue through to resolution Leading and conducting investigations, disciplinary and grievance hearings and appeals Managing performance, capability and absence cases Advising managers on policies, procedures and the appropriate course of action Providing pragmatic advice while considering both employee and business risk Coaching managers through difficult conversations and complex employee situations Preparing the relevant documentation and ensuring cases are managed accurately and consistently Supporting restructuring, consultation ..... full job details .....
