You will...Provide Tier 1-2 IT support for Playtech employees on-site and remotelyTroubleshoot IT problems globally via a centralized ticket systemTrack and keep IT assets inventory up-to-dateBe responsible for installation, administration, maintenance and troubleshooting of different devicesTroubleshoot network issuesCommunicate with employees to identify problems and advise on solutionsQualifications
Components for success. You...Have 1+ years of experience in an IT support roleHave a good understanding of Windows-based client environments and Active DirectoryPossess practical knowledge of computer hardware and maintenanceHave a basic understanding of TCP/IP, network elements and services, wireless and VPN environmentsAre ready to contribute to documentation, knowledge bases, manuals and monitoringHave excellent troubleshooting skills, out-of-the-box thinking and ability to provide workarounds quicklyAre a self-learner, able to learn and adopt new technologies quickly and willing to grow in the IT fieldKnow MacOS operating systems and JAMF managementHave experience with Cloud Solutions (Office 365, Azure)Thrive in a culture that values...
