We are seeking an
IT Support Engineer
to provide day-to-day corporate IT support for our UK team and remote employees. This role will be responsible for managing
Office 365 services, laptops and desktops, network connectivity, and end-user issues , while ensuring that all systems are secure, compliant, and reliable.As a UK-based engineer, you will be the
first line of support for our UK office and remote workforce , working closely with our Bangalore IT team to deliver consistent, global IT services. You’ll play a crucial role in keeping our people productive, connected, and supported.Responsibilities
End-User Support — Provide technical support for laptops, desktops, mobile devices, and peripherals.Office 365 — Resolve issues with Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint, and related services.Video conferencing and collaboration tools; support remote work setups.System and Device Management — Manage user accounts, permissions, and security settings within Office 365 / Azure AD; ensure devices are patched and protected.Onboarding and Asset Deployment — Deploy and configure hardware/software for new employees.Networking and Infrastructure — Provide first-line support for internet connectivity, Wi-Fi, and VPN; coordinate with vendors for escalations; monitor network performance.Security and Compliance — Enforce security policies (MFA, password policies, encryption); ensure GDPR, NHS Digital, and healthcare IT security standards compliance; assist security training.Documentation and Collaboration — Maintain IT docs, troubleshooting guides, and asset inventories; support onboarding/offboarding for UK employees.What you’ll need
