Financial Operations Lead

Our client is a rapidly growing AI-powered robotics company, they are scaling quickly recently acquiring £165m series C funding and looking to hire a Finance Operations Lead. The role will take ownership of building robust, scalable, and well-controlled finance operations; covering core processes, systems, and tooling across the business. Reporting directly to the CFO, the role works cross-functionally with the wider senior leadership team to design and implement best-in-class financial workflows and internal tools, while ensuring the business can scale without adding unnecessary friction.Build and implement financial operations including AR, AP, billing, collections and paymentsDesign, document, and roll out standard operating procedures (SOPs) across all core finance processesLead the evaluation, selection, and implementation of finance systems and tooling, including ERP, billing, expense, and procurement platformsPartner with Product and Engineering to design, build, and maintain internal finance tools and automationsDrive ERP implementation or migration (e.g. system selection, data migration, process redesign, and change management)Improve data quality, controls, and audit readiness through process and system improvements.Build and maintain operational dashboards and controls Reduce manual effort through automation and system integrationAct as the operational interface between finance and the rest of the businessA salary of £80,000-£100,000 is on offer plus EMI share ..... full job details .....
