Finance Manager

Elevation Recruitment Group are delighted to be working with a successful and established industrial business as they look to appoint a new Finance Manager into the team to support the Financial Controller. This is a key role within the finance function, reporting directly to the Financial Controller and taking responsibility for the day-to-day leadership of the operational finance team. The successful candidate will play a central role in ensuring the accuracy, integrity and timeliness of financial reporting, while strengthening controls and driving improvements across the finance function. You will take ownership of the financial reporting and control environment, ensuring the business has robust processes and reliable financial information to support decision-making. The company offers excellent benefits including: - Salary up to £60,000 25 days holiday + stats Company Pension Death in Service Benefit Hours are 9am - 5pm with flexibility (Office based) Key responsibilities will include: Leading the monthly, quarterly and annual financial reporting cycles. Owning the month-end close process and ensuring management accounts are delivered accurately and on time. Preparing and reviewing Group reporting submissions. Reviewing balance sheet reconciliations and maintaining the integrity of the balance sheet. Taking ownership of the financial control framework and ensuring compliance with accounting policies.
