Finance Manager

Elevation Recruitment Group are pleased to be working with a Rotherham-based manufacturing business as they look to bring in a new Finance Manager to oversee one of their divisions. The role will involve the management of 2 staff as well as dealing with financial reporting, audit, compliance as well as having capacity to deal with operational stakeholders, budgeting and forecasting and process improvement. The role will predominantly be based in the office 5 days a week, although there is some flexibility around this to work hybrid. Prepare and post monthly accruals, payroll and accounting adjustments. Calculate and post stock provisions in line with Group policy. Own the balance sheet, ensuring accurate and fully supported balances and reconciliations. Review and reconcile intercompany balances, resolving discrepancies promptly. Review divisional and departmental PandLs, providing detailed financial analysis. Prepare and distribute monthly sales results. Analyse monthly results against budget, forecast and prior year, providing clear commentary and insight. Provide ad hoc financial analysis and reporting to support business decisions. Provide day-to-day leadership, support and development to 2 members of staff Prepare annual statutory accounts in line with FRS 102 and Group accounting policies. Lead the ..... full job details .....
