Facilities Manager

We have an exciting opportunity for a Facilities Manager based in Milton Keynes for one of our clients on a Full time initial 12 month contract with a view to going permanent basis. The Facilities Manager plays a key role in supporting the delivery of high-quality facilities management services across multiple sites. Working closely with operational teams, the successful candidate will ensure the efficient running of workplace environments, maintain compliance with health and safety standards, manage supplier relationships, and contribute to the overall facilities strategy. This role requires a proactive individual who can balance operational priorities, stakeholder expectations, and budget requirements while driving continuous improvement. Summary of the Facilities Manager role Salary: Up to £55,000 Location: Milton Keynes Type of Contract: Initial 12 month contract with a view to going permanent Hours: 37.5 hour working week 8.30am-5pm Responsibilities of the Facilities Manager Work closely with the Operational team to ensure efficient running of the workplace environment Lead and manage on-site facilities teams, providing guidance and support Oversee day-to-day office and building operations, ensuring the smooth functioning of all facilities services over multiple sites - both office and manufacturing.
