Facilities Manager

Facilities Manager Evesham We are looking for an experienced on-site Facilities Manager to take a high profile leadership role within a complex, operationally demanding Hard FM environment. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys taking ownership, developing teams and making a visible, lasting impact. What you will do: Lead the day-to-day operation and strategic management of the estate on behalf of the client. Drive and maintain statutory and mandatory compliance across all areas of service delivery. Ensure hazards are identified and suitable, sufficient risk assessments are completed to reduce or eliminate risk. Champion strong health and safety standards, ensuring colleagues understand and comply with policies and procedures. Manage performance against KPIs and ensure the team understands how its work contributes to successful service delivery. Lead, support and develop the site team, including first-line management and employment processes. Manage site budgets, monitor profit and loss, and identify additional works opportunities. Support environmental management and local and business zero-carbon programmes. Maintain strong operational oversight of planned and reactive maintenance activity, ensuring work is completed safely and on time. What you will bring: A recognised and relevant technical or facilities management qualification, ideally IWFM Level 3 or equivalent.
