This is a hands-on leadership role where you will combine your technical maintenance expertise with strong people-management skills, helping to drive standards, improve processes and develop a proactive maintenance culture.This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys being visible and hands-on, while also having the leadership skills to develop people and make a genuine operational impact.About the RoleYou will take ownership of day-to-day maintenance and facilities activity across multiple sites, ensuring high standards of safety, reliability and service.Key responsibilities will include: Leading, supporting and developing a small maintenance team.Overseeing planned preventative and reactive maintenance.Providing technical guidance and support to the team.Carrying out regular site inspections and identifying areas for improvement.Ensuring maintenance standards and processes are consistently followed.Identifying opportunities to improve operational efficiency and reliability.Managing contractors and external service providers where required.Supporting health and safety, compliance and ..... full job details .....
