Estimator (Roofing and Cladding) Location: Northampton (NN4 7BF)Salary: Competitive, dependent on experienceHours: Office-based, Monday to Friday (7:00am - 4:00pm or 8:00am - 5:00pm)Benefits: Company Car (depending on experience), Competitive Package The Opportunity We are seeking an experienced Estimator with Roofing or Cladding experience to join a growing commercial team based in Northampton. This is an exciting opportunity to work on multi-million-pound critical infrastructure projects across the UK and Europe, supporting the delivery of some of the industry''s most complex and high-profile developments. The successful candidate will play a key role in preparing competitive tenders, managing project costings, and supporting the successful acquisition of new business opportunities. Key Responsibilities Prepare accurate and competitive cost estimates for roofing and cladding projects. Review tender enquiries, specifications, drawings, and contract documentation. Carry out detailed quantity take-offs and material calculations. Source, obtain, and analyse supplier and subcontractor quotations. Prepare tender submissions, pricing schedules, and cost breakdowns. Identify project risks, opportunities, and value engineering solutions. Liaise with clients, main contractors, architects, consultants, and internal project teams. Attend pre-tender, post-tender, and client meetings as required. Develop and maintain strong working relationships with suppliers and subcontractors. ..... full job details .....
