This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced estimator looking to play a key role in securing and delivering high-value roofing and cladding projects across the commercial and industrial sectors.PLEASE NOTE: ROOFING AND CLADDING EXPERIENCE IS ESSENTIAL FOR THIS POSITION.What You''ll Do As a Roofing and Cladding Estimator, you will be responsible for producing accurate and competitive tenders while supporting the commercial success of the business.Key responsibilities include: Reviewing drawings, specifications, and tender documentationPreparing detailed cost estimates and take-offs for roofing and cladding projectsObtaining and evaluating quotations from suppliers and subcontractorsProducing accurate tender submissions within required timescalesIdentifying potential risks, opportunities, and value engineering optionsLiaising with clients, architects, contractors, and internal project teamsSupporting contract handovers to project delivery teams upon successful awardMaintaining strong supplier and subcontractor relationshipsMonitoring market trends and material pricing to ensure competitive quotations What We''re Looking For Proven ..... full job details .....
