An ambitious and well-regarded secondary school in High Wycombe is seeking a passionate English Teacher to join their team from September 2025. Key Responsibilities:
andbull; Plan and deliver engaging, high-quality English lessons in line with the national curriculum
andbull; Support student progress through effective assessment and feedback
andbull; Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment
andbull; Encourage a love for literature, reading, and effective communication
andbull; Contribute to the wider school community, including extracurricular activities and school events
andbull; Collaborate with colleagues to share best practice and continuously improve teaching and learning
Qualifications andamp; Requirements:
andbull; Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
andbull; Strong subject knowledge in English Literature and Language
andbull; Ability to deliver engaging lessons to mixed-ability groups
andbull; Excellent classroom management and organisational skills
andbull; A reflective, adaptable, and committed approach to teaching
