About the Role:

A dynamic secondary school in Milton Keynes is looking to appoint a passionate and creative English Teacher to join their English department from September. Youandrsquo;ll be delivering engaging and thought-provoking lessons to inspire students and help them develop strong literacy, analytical, and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Teach English Language and Literature across KS3 and KS4
• Plan, prepare and deliver high-quality lessons that meet the needs of all learners
• Monitor and assess student progress and provide constructive feedback
• Contribute to the wider school community, including clubs or enrichment
• Foster a classroom environment that is inclusive, supportive, and respectful

Requirements:

• QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) preferred
• Experience teaching English at secondary level
• Strong subject knowledge and passion for literature and language
• Excellent classroom and behaviour management skills
• A commitment to student progress and wellbeing

Open to Unqualified Teachers:
