This organisation is currently based in High Wycombe and will be relocating to Pinces Risborough in the near future, offering hybrid working of 3 days a week in the office.Your new role As the Customer Service Team Leader, you will be responsible for:Lead the relevant Customer Service TeamLine management and development of two/three customer service repsTraining of customer services team membersDaily review of wash plansDealing with customer enquiries via telephone and e-mailMonitoring customer stock and ordersProduction of weekly and month-end reports for financeResolution of depot errors, correction of systems and reportsReconciliation of depot recollection variancesBalancing of customer orders across wash depots to ensure efficient order fulfilment.Dealing with customer complaints and provision of information for monthly reporting.Process 901 recollection entries on SAP daily for relevant wash depotsPreparation of data for retailer dashboard reportsProvide cover for other customer service teams as required.To undertake any duties commensurate with the level and expectations of this post.
