Job Title: Cover Supervisor Location: Bilston, West Midlands Salary: Competitive daily rate, dependent on experience Contract Type: Full-time / Part-time / Flexible About the Role: We are seeking a confident and adaptable Cover Supervisor to work in a welcoming mainstream secondary school in Tipton. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals who are passionate about working with young people and are looking to gain hands-on experience within a school setting. Key Responsibilities: Deliver pre-set lessons across a range of subjects in the absence of teaching staff. Maintain a focused and positive classroom environment. Manage student behaviour in line with school policies. Support students in completing assigned work. Provide feedback to teaching staff on student engagement and behaviour. Requirements: Experience working with young people (e.g. schools, sports coaching, youth work). Strong behaviour management and communication skills. Confidence leading a classroom independently.
