This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to gain classroom experience, whether you are considering a career in teaching or already have experience working with young people. Key Responsibilities: Supervise classes in the absence of the regular teacher, ensuring students remain on task with pre-set work. Manage classroom behaviour in line with school policies. Provide support to students where required, ensuring a positive learning environment. Report back to teaching staff on student progress and behaviour. Uphold school policies and procedures at all times. Requirements: Previous experience working with young people (education, coaching, youth work or similar). Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage classroom behaviour effectively. A proactive and flexible approach to work.
