About the Role:
We are seeking a confident and adaptable Cover Supervisor to work in a welcoming mainstream secondary school in Tipton. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals who are passionate about working with young people and are looking to gain hands-on experience within a school setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver pre-set lessons across a range of subjects in the absence of teaching staff.
• Maintain a focused and positive classroom environment.
• Manage student behaviour in line with school policies.
• Support students in completing assigned work.
• Provide feedback to teaching staff on student engagement and behaviour.

Requirements:

• Experience working with young people (e.g. schools, sports coaching, youth work).
• Strong behaviour management and communication skills.
• Confidence leading a classroom independently.
• Flexible, reliable, and proactive attitude.
• A degree or relevant qualification is desirable but not essential.
