Campus Manager (Senior Facilities Manager) - East Bank

Overview
University of the Arts London (UAL) is seeking to appoint a Campus Manager to lead the facilities management operations at East Bank Campus, home to London College of Fashion. Reporting to the Head of Campus Services, the Campus Manager will be the key operational lead on site, ensuring the effective delivery of facilities services. They will oversee directly employed facilities staff and contracted service providers, ensuring high-quality, customer-focused delivery that meets health and safety requirements and supports UAL’s strategic goals.Responsibilities
Lead the daily operations of facilities management, including cleaning, maintenance, security, and building services.Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure services meet campus needs, drive improvements, ensure compliance, and develop best-practice policies.Support campus projects, contribute to business continuity planning, and lead the FM response to on-site incidents.Qualifications and qualities
Strong track record in delivering and leading best-in-class facilities management services, particularly in dynamic, high-footfall and multisite environments.Ability to build relationships with senior stakeholders and maintain a customer-centric, proactive, and solution-oriented approach.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; capable of inspiring teams and upholding the highest standards.Deep understanding of health and safety, building compliance, budget management, and project delivery.Remuneration and terms
