Manager (Senior Executive) (Cyber) Strategy and Execution – EY Parthenon role at EY-Parthenon. You will help clients navigate cyber risk and privacy considerations in transactions, and contribute to delivering cyber due diligence for a range of clients including private equity and corporate bidders.Responsibilities

Manage small delivery teams and advise clients on cyber due diligence in MandA transactions.Analyze company data (often with limited access), perform outside-in research, and assess how cyber risk may impact a potential investment or divestment.Recommend (and cost) remediation options and explain what must be done if the transaction closes.Lead development of complete, error-free deliverables (data books, reports, blueprints, Day 1 plans, board packs, workshop content, etc.).Support Engagement Leaders in identifying, scoping, and closing opportunities, both in current engagements and new pursuits.Demonstrate strong client influence and relationship management, prioritizing activities based on client needs.Qualifications and Skills

Proven experience communicating with clarity and impact to senior stakeholders; experience leading large projects with senior visibility or presenting technical topics to non-technical audiences.Stakeholder management: ability to collaborate with management teams to align on value creation objectives and strategies.Experience delivering projects in corporate settings with responsibility for team members and vendors; broad cyber experience including risk management, controls, standards, resilience, and incident response.Professional services/consulting experience within transactions (due diligence, value creation, carve-out or integrations) or equivalent.Deep understanding of core cyber functions (governance, risk, and compliance, CISO, AppSec, privacy, etc.) and cyber governance and risk controls to support business operations.Able to design roadmaps and operating models for cyber risk and privacy; evaluate transitions/roadmap complexities.Ideally, you will also have

Experience supporting sales and business development for large-scale professional services projects.Experience advising senior stakeholders on cyber and privacy; MandA/transactions experience is advantageous.Ability to design roadmaps to optimize performance within financial constraints.Understanding of secure SDLC practices and private equity portfolio structures.Cyber or privacy certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CIPP/E, CIPM, etc.About EY Parthenon
