Key responsibilities include but not limited to: Provide expert advice and support to managers and employees on all employee relations matters.Manage and resolve employee relations issue in line with up to date employment law knowledge.Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.Manage recruitment campaigns.Inductions and onboarding of new starters.
