Eden Brown Synergy has an exciting opportunity for Deputy Ward Manager (RMN).The Deputy Ward Manager (RMN) would support the Ward Manager in providing senior nursing leadership to the ward nursing team supporting inpatient adults within an eating disorder unit. The ward provide full service provisions focusing on positive physical and psychological outcomes.The Deputy Ward Manager opportunity would be ideal for an experience RMN who would like to further develop their leadership skills. The Deputy Ward Manager (RMN) would have experience in delivering and receiving supervision, with excellent leadership skills and the ability to access and prioritise clinical situations.The Deputy Ward Manager would have experience in a similar environment (inpatient acute setting), working with a multi-disciplinary team supporting a wide range of mental health conditions such as eating disorders, schizophrenia, depression, bipolar disorder and other diagnoses, in safe and highly therapeutic environments.Responsibilities: (but not limited to)Assisting the Ward Manager in providing day to day management and supervision of the wardAssisting the Ward manager in providing management and supervision of a team of registered and unregistered staff.Implementing best practice across the wardSupport changes within the serviceResponsible for the clinical direction of the serviceSupport the delivery of personalised care and contribute to service improvementSupporting and contributing to MDT ..... full job details .....
