We are looking for an experienced RMN or RNLD at Senior Nurse, Deputy Ward Manager, or Ward Manager level, who is looking to take the next step in their career or seeking a new opportunity. This role is based in a specialist mental health rehabilitation unit for men aged 18+, focused on recovery and individualised care. The unit employs least restrictive practices, actively involving Service Users in their treatment plans to support their recovery. The service is located near Tadworth, Surrey and provides a relaxed, therapeutic environment away from triggers that may lead to risk behaviours.
