Account Manager (Payroll and Accounting)- London/Hybrid- 18 Months- 200- 220 PAYEA global technology company are looking for an experience Account Manager (Payroll and Accounting) to join their team on an initial 18 month assignment. The successful candidate will join a team whose focus is to serve Accounting partners, powering prosperity in their practice. You will utilize your payroll and accounting knowledge and resources to provide Accountants with the specialized support and guidance they need to achieve their goals.Responsibilities:Providing support to our sales partners, with a critical focus on strategy and deployment, including effective communication to customers and multiple internal stakeholdersShare understanding and expertise with partners of the relevant payroll principles. Be the first point of contact to resolve challenging customer queries, with empathy, using appropriate problem solving strategies, troubleshooting skills, knowledge and experienceAct as a consultant to our Accounting partners, holding consultative conversations and using questioning skills to uncover customer pain points while looking for opportunities to match offerings as solutions.In conjunction with the payroll support you will also be asked to support the team in a similar way with accounting knowledge and expertiseSkills/ Experience:Accounting or bookkeeping and Payroll membership (e.g. ACCA, ICB or CIPP)Good communication skillsUnderstanding of payroll and accountingProficient with ..... full job details .....
