A new opportunity has arisen for a motivated Business Development Manager to join a well-renowned sustainable recycling and total waste management business. About the company: An established multi-million turnover business. They specialise in: Waste solutions, sustainability, recycling, Duties and Responsibilities: The Business Development Manager will be responsible for developing business, with a focus on winning and developing strategic accounts and relationships. Effectively building and managing a robust pipeline of potential business opportunities. Fully managing own diary, meetings and sales activity with full autonomy. Owning the full sales cycle, from lead gen, proposal, close, and account management. Managing internal and external relationships, including Suppliers. Ensuring retention and growth of existing business. Experience and Skills needed: Proven business development experience, ideally within waste management or similar. Excellent communication and presentation skills. A proactive sales approach. Excellent negotiating and relationship building skills. Able to work from full autonomy, and manage own diary. In return: Basic salary £45-50k Uncapped commission paid monthly- double OTE £90k Remote, flexible, field-based role. Car allowance, laptop, and phone.
