Key Responsibilities: New Business Development: Proactively identify and secure new clients in sectors outside the recruitment industry, such as industrial, manufacturing, engineering, logistics, FMCG. Sales Strategy: Develop and execute a structured sales plan to generate new business and exceed targets. Client Engagement: Build and manage relationships with prospective clients, understanding their hiring needs and providing bespoke recruitment solutions. Market Research: Analyse market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities and create a competitive edge.
