Interim HR Transformation Project Lead: c 60,000 + benefits (Hybrid Role). 6 month FTC This will be a busy and rewarding role working as a senior member of the HR team. In this role you will manage a small HR team, supporting stakeholders across the country. We are looking for an experienced HR professional with a wide ranging skill set and a positive, can-do approach. You must have up to date knowledge of the CQC framework and its implications for HR (please highlight this on your application) On a day to day basis you can expect a varied workload including Supporting the Director of People to deliver the 3 year plan and People strategy. Managing projects and initiatives to improve organisational effectiveness, employee engagement and wellbeing. Utilising all available data to spot trends, highlight risks and make effective decisions. Helping create a culture of teamwork, performance and continuous improvement. Mentoring/supporting and leading the People team towards a business partnering model. Providing support to operational managers and the People team on a wide range of HR and ER matters. The successful candidate must have: Experience of influencing and challenging stakeholders within the social care sector. Up to date knowledge of the CQC framework and its implications for HR.
