The role operates as a full generalist and provides a development opportunity and an start from November.Client DetailsPrivate Education Organisation, based in LondonDescriptionAn Interim HR Advisor to:- Manage the full employee lifecycle with the collaboration of the wider HR Team- Be the first POC for your client area, ensuring comprehensive advice on full employee lifecycle matters- Support in the delivery of the HR strategy - Support on employee relation case work, including sickness absence and investigation support- Coach and advise managers on HR best practice, mitigating risk where required- Recruitment: lead on recruitment campaigns from writing adverts, through to offer letters and contracts- Ensure the SCR (single central register) is kept up to date- Manage learning and development activity, such as training needs analysis, coordinate training and provide inductions to new starters - Ensure candidates are compliance and correct documentation is gathered- Review and update policies / processes- Report HR Data accordingly- Lead the appraisal process ProfileA Interim HR Advisor with:- Previous education experience desirable but open to commercial background- Strong written communication- Previous experience operating in a HR Generalist capacity- Previous experience of coaching and advising managers - Previous experience working in a fast pace environment Job OfferInterim HR ..... full job details .....
