gap healthcare is currently recruiting on behalf of our client based in Chelmsford for a dedicated Support Worker.This role involves supporting young people ages 8-17. All the young people have a learning disability which covers a broad range of needs and diagnosis. Our young people require different levels of support, from support with their communication and behaviours, to helping them with their personal care and independence skills. Every day is different, and the main aim is to ensure all the young people are happy and safe.Salary £27,000 £28,000Hours: 7.30am-8pm (with 30 mins PAID break)Full time hours: 3 x 12.5-hour shifts per week.Sleep in: On average 1 x per week.Role Overview: As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing the young people we support with a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment.
