Job Title: Residential Support Care WorkerLocation: ColchesterSalary Scale: £90 - 110 a day We are looking to recruit a dedicated Residential Support Care Worker to join our team at the residential unit, where pupils board from Monday to Thursday nights. As a Residential Support Care Worker, you will play an integral role in supporting the pupils during their residential stay, ensuring they have a safe, supportive, and enjoyable experience.Key Responsibilities for the Residential Support Care Worker: Support pupils during their time at the residential unit, helping with activities, trips, evening meals, and morning routines.Ensure students follow a therapeutic approach to behaviour and learning in line with the school s ethos.Assist with personal care needs and contribute to housekeeping duties in the unit.Participate in sleep-in duties and be on hand to offer support during the evening and night, as needed.
