The successful Childrens''s Residential Worker will work in a 2 bed home, supporting 2 young people. Shift work and weekend work will apply. There is an onsite drive way to park. Duties and Responsibilities: To work in a small team in order to support and implement the development of the children and young people''s home. To enhance and effect change to the good of all children with whom they work by acquiring the necessary skills through their own training and development. To ensure that the young people''s needs are recognised and met. This includes ensuring that they are free from discrimination within the home and to challenge discrimination from outside the home. To protect the young people from harm in and outside the home.
