Job Description: Our client is currently seeking passionate and dedicated individual to join our team as Children''s Residential Support Worker. In this role, you will be responsible for providing round-the-clock care and support to children with emotional and behavioural difficulties, ensuring their safety, well-being, and personal development. Key Responsibilities: Provide a nurturing and supportive environment for children in residential care. Implement care plans and support strategies tailored to the individual needs of each child. Promote positive behaviour management techniques and de-escalation strategies. Engage children in a range of activities to promote social, emotional, and cognitive development. Support children in daily tasks such as meal times, personal hygiene, and homework. Maintain accurate records and documentation related to the care and progress of children.
