Due to expansion, they are looking for an individual with a passion for providing outstanding customer experience to join their team. Your new role Working as part of a team, you will deal with customers using a range of media, you will liaise with key points of contact within the organisation to ensure efficient and effective delivery of services. When dealing with customers, you will gather data relevant to enquiries and track outcomes in accordance with GDPR regulations and internal systems.
