Julie Rose Recruitment are looking for a Customer Service Team Leader to join our client, an established financial services company in Bromley.You will be responsible for coaching and developing a mid-sized team and supporting the Customer Services Manager to provide a high level of customer service support, from initial contact through to the end of the contract terms.As a Customer Service Team Leader, you will: Supervise the day-to-day duties of Assistants and Record Keepers in accordance with agreed service levels which include:Ensure that all incoming paper and electronic documentation is scanned/recorded dailyEnsure all documentation received is reviewed and distributed to the appropriate teamsDispatch correspondence/documentation to our customers and other Providers Review, monitor and maintain quality control of the team s work, providing feedbackIdentify and provide training as requiredReview objectives and create training and development plansContinuously improve and automate administration processes, keeping up to dateManage business practices, processes, changes and risks The ideal Customer Service Team Leader will have the following skills and experience: 2 years customer service Team Leader experience, ideally within a financial services environment Achieved or willing to undertake a Level 3 award in Financial Administration Strong written and oral communication skills Experience of planning, monitoring and controlling work Experience of motivating, coaching ..... full job details .....
