OverviewWe''re seeking a delivery-focused Project Manager to lead the end-to-end acquisition and delivery of small data centre sites within a regulated financial services environment.This role is responsible for driving execution from design through to build and delivery, working closely with procurement and external partners, while retaining full ownership of project outcomes. Details:Location - LondonHybrid - 3 days / week in the officeDuration - Initially until year-end - extensions likelyRate - £600 - £675 / day Inside IR35 via UmbrellaKey ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end delivery of data centre build projects (infrastructure, cages, fit-out)Manage project timelines, risks, and dependencies to ensure successful deliveryOversee third-party vendors and delivery partners, ensuring performance and accountabilityCoordinate design activities, managing changes and technical queriesOwn budget tracking, forecasting, and cost controlEnsure adherence to governance, change management, and regulatory requirementsProvide clear reporting and updates to senior stakeholdersKey ExperienceProven experience delivering data centre projects end-to-endStrong background in vendor management and working with third partiesExperience partnering with procurement teams on supplier engagement and deliverySolid financial management skills (budgeting, forecasting, reporting)Experience operating in regulated environments on a global scaleStrong stakeholder management and communication skillsIf you''re ..... full job details .....
