Overview
Your role will involveAll aspects of maintaining and supporting a small Windows based Live Service Network, with a range of hosted applicationsProvide Level 3rd Line level support and troubleshooting to resolve issuesWork within established configuration and change management policies to ensure awareness, approval and success of changes made to the networkAssist various departments within the account to maintain network securityEstablishment and adherence of processes, procedures and work instructionsEnsure accurate records are kept of network components, maintenance activities, network connections and inventory by maintaining appropriate databasesProvide technical on call support out of hours on a 1 week in 3 basisYour experience
Strong knowledge of Windows systemsGood understanding of networksRun and maintained a monthly security patching processPKI knowledgeDesirables
