The Role: The Waste and Recycling Contract Co-Ordinator is responsible for the safe, compliant, and efficient operation of Household Waste Recycling Centres (HWRCs) through the effective coordination and management of contractors, site activities, and operational performance. The role ensures all activities are conducted in accordance with Health and Safety legislation, environmental permits, company policies, and contractual obligations while delivering excellent customer service and maintaining operational standards. Responsibilities: Coordinate the daily operation of HWRC sites to ensure safe and efficient service delivery. Manage contractor attendance, performance, and adherence to contractual requirements. Monitor site productivity, throughput, recycling performance, and service standards. Support resource planning, including labour, plant, and equipment requirements.
