This exciting role is perfect for someone who thrives on variety and enjoys making a difference in waste management and customer service.Key Responsibilities: Administrative Support:Provide vital administrative assistance to the Waste Collections team.Maintain accurate records and databases, ensuring performance information is up to date.Produce insightful reports on waste collections and service performance.Raise purchase orders and process invoices efficiently.Organise and maintain electronic filing systems with precision. Customer Service:Serve as a key point of contact for residents and customers, handling inquiries and complaints with professionalism.Investigate issues and collaborate with operational teams to ensure smooth resolutions.Manage requests for recycling bags and bulky waste services, providing quotations and processing payments. Operational Support:Assist Waste Collection Team Leaders and operational managers with monitoring collection data and identifying service issues.Support planning and allocation of work as needed, including site visits to assess waste needs.
