Production Manager
to join a busy and fast-paced Venue Partnerships team based at a prominent London event venue. This is a fantastic opportunity to take on a key role managing end-to-end technical production for a wide range of high-profile events.Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with the Technical Sales Manager and wider team to shape and improve service delivery.Work closely with the Sales team to identify and develop new business opportunities.Nurture relationships with existing clients to grow accounts and secure repeat business.Oversee the smooth and efficient delivery of technical production, ensuring every job meets the highest standards.Liaise with internal departments to coordinate resources and maintain excellent client service.Manage on-site production, including technical crew, equipment, and logistics.Maintain accurate documentation and ensure work is delivered in line with client specifications and budget.What We’re Looking For
Experience and KnowledgeAt least
5 years of experience
in a similar production or technical management role.In-depth technical knowledge of
audio, video, lighting, and LED
technologies.Strong understanding of
scenic production workflow
and
staging principles .Competence in interpreting
technical schematics
and
Vectorworks/CAD drawings .Experience managing
onsite production crews
and overseeing
health and safety
on site.Familiarity with
rental management systems .Excellent
organisational
and
managerial
skills.Confident in
decision-making
and
problem-solving .Strong
client-facing
and communication skills.Ability to manage and control
project budgets
effectively.High standards of
numeracy ,
literacy , and
