Mimi Berry is an established London fashion accessories brand, dedicated to producing contemporary leather accessories.
The company works with numerous UK factories and European leather manufacturers to produce in the most authentic way possible.
Role Description
This is a part-time, 4 day a week on-site role, for a Production Manager located in East London. We are looking for an enthusiastic and hardworking Production Manager who will oversee the production process, manage schedules, co-ordinate with suppliers, ensure quality control, and maintain inventory levels.

Managing the complete production from sampling to delivery of complete product.
Factory and supplier liaison
Problem solving lead in relation to manufacturing, product, materials and supply chain
Nurturing strong relationships with factories and suppliers
Researching, developing and executing strategy for waste management and sustainability goals
Sourcing and ordering all leathers/fittings/materials
Build collection and management of costings (in Zedonk)
Management of critical path
Assisting Mimi with research and design process.
CAD Drawing and specification packages
Tannery visits and inspecting leather productions when necessary
Quality control and overseeing packing of products.
Trade show preparation and attendance, e.g. Premiere Classe in Paris
Inventory management of materials and fittings
Sourcing new manufactures when required

Salary: up to 30K dependent on experience

Qualifications
Minimum 2 years experience working in a similar role
Strong organisational and scheduling skills
Knowledge of quality control and inventory management
Proficiency in relevant software tools and technologies
Ability to work on-site in London
Experience in the fashion and accessories industry is a plus
Bachelor''s degree in Production Management, Business Administration, or related field
