UX/UI Designer - Housing Repairs Transformation Project

Aatom Recruitment is looking for UX/UI Designer - Housing Repairs Transformation on behalf of a Local Authority. Job Title: UX/UI Designer - Housing Repairs Transformation Contract Duration: 3 Months Hours Per Week: 36 Work Pattern: Hybrid - 2/3 days in the office per week. The Opportunity This is a hands-on role within a multidisciplinary transformation team, working alongside service designers, business analysts, product specialists, developers and housing subject matter experts. You will help shape the future customer experience for Housing Repairs, translating complex business and user needs into elegant, accessible and scalable digital solutions. From concept development through to delivery-ready designs, you will be responsible for creating experiences that balance usability, accessibility, compliance and operational effectiveness. This role would suit a highly creative and detail-oriented UX/UI professional who is equally comfortable working on customer journeys, interaction design, visual design systems and complex digital products. Key Responsibilities Create exceptional visual design across web and interactive platforms, with a focus on clarity, hierarchy and precision. Design end-to-end customer journeys and digital experiences across Housing Repairs services.
