The role supports the design and delivery of user-centred digital services across Power Platform, ServiceNow and other enterprise digital solutions.Your new roleAs a UX/UI Designer and User Researcher, you''ll be responsible for ensuring digital products and services are user-centred, intuitive, accessible and aligned with business outcomes.This is a blended role covering user research, UX and UI design, giving you the opportunity to take insights from research through to wireframes, prototypes and high-fidelity designs.You''ll collaborate with business stakeholders, developers, architects, business analysts and end users to understand needs, test assumptions and design solutions that balance user experience, business objectives and technical constraints.Key responsibilitiesUser ResearchPlan and conduct user interviews, workshops, surveys, observation sessions and usability testing.Create user personas, user journeys, empathy maps and service blueprints.Identify user pain points, opportunities and unmet needs.Analyse qualitative and quantitative data to produce actionable insights.Present research findings and recommendations clearly and ..... full job details .....
