User Researcher

to join a leading UK bank on a

6-month contract . This role will play a key part in shaping digital products and services through evidence-based insights, helping teams understand user needs and deliver impactful experiences.Location:

London (2 days/week on-site)Contract:

6 months (with potential extension)Rate:

£500–£525 per day (Inside IR35)What you’ll do

Lead end-to-end user research across discovery and delivery phases.Conduct qualitative and quantitative studies (interviews, usability testing, surveys, workshops).Translate findings into actionable insights that influence design and product strategy.Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Design, Engineering, Business) to ensure user needs are prioritised.Create personas, journey maps, and evidence packs to support decision-making.What we’re looking for
