What you’ll do
Planning, conducting, and analysing usability tests and other evaluative research methodsTranslating insights into actionable design recommendations to enhance our products and servicesRunning workshops with stakeholders to explore and validate research findingsLeading user research sessions with existing clients to uncover opportunities for improvement
What you’ll bring
2–4 years of experience delivering impactful user research, ideally within an agile product teamStrong understanding of usability principles and UI design best practicesHands-on experience with a variety of research methodologiesNatural empathy for users, demonstrated through insightful facilitation and engaging workshops
