The role also contributes to the development of strategic plans for the business and ensures statutory and corporate compliance to minimize business risk. Reporting to this position shall be a Management Accountant, Financial Accountant, Financial Assistant and a customer sales and administration assistant.Apart from the Finance team, key stakeholders in the UK office include the UK General Manager, UK Sales Director, UK Marketing Manager and their teams.Financial Accounting and ReportingOversee / review and approve the UK Finance team''s reporting activities for monthly/quarterly/annual management reporting packages for UK Legal Entity marketsLiaise with US parent company Finance Team and answer all questions regarding reporting packages or results of operationsMaintain group tax, insurance records and ensure that all statutory requirements are met for UK businessSupervise and lodgement of company tax returns to HMRC in conjunction with PWC UK.
