Come join us!The RoleWe’re looking for a detail-oriented and process-driven Enterprise Customer Success Manager who will be responsible for ensuring our customers thrive with Overjet’s software platform. This role will be our first hire solely focused on our customers in the UK, and will need to possess a strong project management skillset. Attention to detail, velocity, and customer obsession are all non-negotiables.ResponsibilitiesManaging Enterprise accounts, primarily working with dental office leadership and central office leadershipExecute the customer success strategy, focusing on high touch points and relationship building with dental officesOwn the full customer lifecycle from onboarding through ongoing engagement, retention, and expansion.Achieve individual metrics and KPIs designed to utilize a data-based approach within the Customer Success TeamAssist in improving processes around account setup, implementation, training, and ongoing account review and modification to minimize churn and support account expansionDevelop and execute account expansion initiatives, including targeted campaigns for low-usage accounts and strategic upsell conversationsConduct frequent reviews (in-person and via phone) with accounts and team to determine customer satisfaction and utilization levelsEmploy the total office concept, ensuring every member of the dental office staff is engagedProactively upsell new modules and product enhancements, ensuring customers are fully leveraging the Overjet platform to achieve their goalsBuild strong executive relationships to influence renewals, negotiate contracts, and align on long-term strategic valueQualifications5+ years of experience in customer success in SAAS or similar product, including previous experience with renewals2+ years of experience in Management ConsultingExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong work ethic and hustle to achieve results in a high-growth startup environmentExperience in insurance, dental/healthcare, startups, or B2B software is a plus but not requiredCompetitive Compensation and EquityHybrid workplace that provides flexibility, vibrant in-person workspaces, and the ability to build strong connections across all of Overjet - regardless of location401k plans with a matching programMedical, Dental and Vision coverage: 99% employee premium covered, 75% dependent premium coveredLife and AD+D Insurance8 weeks Paid Parental LeaveOptional HSA with Employer contributionFlexible Time Off and company paid holidaysAnnual Learning and Development StipendWork from Home StipendOur Hybrid WorkplaceWe have a unique hybrid workplace at Overjet — which combines the teamwork of meeting in person, with the flexibility of working from anywhere.Many of our positions are based in San Mateo, New York City, Boston, Salt Lake City, and Lahore.
