Transport Customer Service
We are currently seeking a Transport Customer Service for our company based in Hatfield on a PM shift. Transport Customer Service Key ResponsibilitiesHandle volume of inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional and timely mannerLog, track, and update customer interactions using a ticketing systemManage multiple customer queries simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and qualityPrioritise and escalate complex issues to the appropriate departmentProvide clear and accurate information regarding shipmentsMaintain detailed and up-to-date customer records Transport Customer Service What We''re Looking For:Excellent verbal communication and active listening skillsStrong multitasking and time management abilitiesAbility to work under pressure Good problem-solving skills and attention to detailBasic IT proficiency (Microsoft Office, data entry, system navigation)Previous customer service or call centre experience preferredTransport Customer Service Additional Information: Hours: Starts times will vary for training between 6am and 10am startsOnce fully trained shift will be Tuesday to Saturday shift 13pm to 22pm Salary: 12.71 Per HourThe Best Connection is acting as an Employment Business in relation to this vacancy. ..... full job details .....
