Trainer Coach - Electrical Location: East London Salary: 39,319 - 45,052 per annum, dependent on experience Hours: Full-time, 36 hours per week Contract: PermanentThis is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Electrical professional with training, coaching and/or assessment experience to support apprentices in developing their skills and achieving successful outcomes.The RoleAs a Trainer Coach - Electrical, you will be responsible for delivering, assessing and developing apprenticeship training, while supporting apprentices throughout their programme.The role involves a combination of workplace visits, learner assessments, progress reviews, coaching and campus-based workshops. You will work closely with apprentices and employers to ensure learners remain on track and are fully prepared for their End Point Assessment.Main ResponsibilitiesAssess Level 3 Electrical Installation apprentices in their workplaces.Carry out workplace observations, progress reviews and portfolio workshops.Coach apprentices in line with apprenticeship standards, core skills and work-related training.Visit and actively support apprentices within their workplace.Support the planning, development and delivery of apprenticeship training.Develop and maintain lesson plans, schemes of work and learning resources, including online materials.Support curriculum development for relevant apprenticeship standards.Complete and maintain accurate assessment records, progress reports and learner ..... full job details .....
