Detailed Job Description Job Title: Trainer Coach - Electrical Location: EssexSalary: 39,319 - 45,052 per annum (incl. London Weighting)Contract: Full-Time, Permanent (36 Hours per Week)Role OverviewA prominent Further and Higher Education college in East London is seeking an Electrical Trainer Coache to join their expanding Apprenticeships department. This position plays a key role in supporting, coaching, and assessing Level 3 Electrical Installation apprentices across their workplace and campus environments.You will act as a dedicated mentor and assessor, visiting apprentices on site, conducting progress reviews, leading portfolio development workshops, and preparing learners for successful End Point Assessment (EPA).Key ResponsibilitiesAssess Level 3 Electrical Installation apprentices in workplace settings and conduct regular progress reviews.Lead portfolio workshops and deliver coaching aligned with current apprenticeship standards.Complete and maintain detailed assessment documentation, tracking records, and onboarding reports.Support curriculum design and workplace learning strategies for electrical provision.Build and maintain effective relationships with employers to ensure positive learner outcomes.RequirementsEssential: NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation, Assessor Qualification (CAVA, A1, D32/D33), Level 2 Maths and English, and a valid UK Driving Licence.Desirable: Teaching qualification (AET, CertEd, PGCE) and prior experience working within an FE college ..... full job details .....
